An Evansville-based pizza chain, Azzip, will be opening an Indy location in early 2020. Azzip is known for using unusual ingredients on its pizzas like, Grippos chips, potato sticks, and ranch dressing. According to IBJ, the restaurant also offers “gluten-free crusts, cauliflower crusts, dairy-free cheese, and plant-based vegan sausage.”

Our friend, Patty B. Melton, is in town for the whole month! July's Pizza of the Month has garlic butter, Swiss, smash burger, caramelized onions, tomatoes, cheddar, burger sauce, and potato sticks.
