The truth ain\’t ugly. That\’s why most people aren\’t surprised to hear that the Elton John biopic will probably have an \’R\’ rating. Basically it\’s because there will be drug and sex scenes. Uh, it\’s ELTON JOHN!…anyone surprised? For most of Elton\’s career he has not hid his sexual orientation. So if the movie is going to accurately depict his life, viewers should expect to the \”personal\” side of Elton. But, rumor has it there is some pressure to edit one scene. I say the hell with \’em! TELL HIS STORY! Don\’t cave! This isn\’t a film you\’re going to take the family to see, so why the concern over getting it into the \’PG-13\’ category? Fans love him and will want to see this film.
