\”No regerts\”

Yeah, some tattoos are a forever, constant reminder of a bad decision.  The ex\’s name, no regerts, obscene pictures, and just silly things you think are funny and cool when you\’re younger that just don\’t resonate when you\’re older.  

And a singer by the name of Kelsey Karter got a tattoo recently that could be the absolute worst decision ever.  I mean, the tattoo is well done, but I guess the overall \”placement\” has me questioning her decision.
