The Tipton Police Department made a little boy’s fourth birthday party one to remember.

Leo invited officers from the Tipton Police Department to celebrate with him, so of course they made a surprise visit.

The department posted these photos on Facebook saying, “Leo has already started his career catching bad guys and we think he looks sharp in his uniform. It was our pleasure to enjoy your birthday with you, Leo!”
